For those of you that are new to atQuota or for those of you who are just coming around to wanting to manage your sales pipeline with us, lets get you started!
Managing your deals in atQuota is extremely easy and it won't take any time at all. When logged into atQuota just look for the " Add deal or Import from Salesforce" button and select the option that you prefer and simply follow these steps below.
Do you have Salesforce.com?
If so you can enter your deals automatically by syncing your opportunities with atQuota. Here is a blog post explaining the steps in detail. Import Salesforce Deals into atQuota. To successfully import your deals you'll have to follow three steps:
- Retrieve your security token from Salesforce.com: Select "Settings" and "Reset you Security Token" when logged into the CRM.
- Copy the Security Token from the email Salesforce will send you
- Paste your security token into the "Get your deals from Salesforce" page in atQuota
Enter Deals Manually in atQuota:
Select "Add a deal" when you first log in and enter the below information for your deal:
- Enter company name
- Enter contact name
- Target close date
- Dollar amount of the deal
